Order Entry, saisie de données, traitement de commandes, service à la clientèle... c'est votre terrain de jeu?
Notre client, une entreprise bien établie spécialisée dans les produits promotionnels, articles souvenirs et produits destinés aux boutiques, est à la recherche d'un(e) Agent(e) service à la clientèle et saisie de données pour se joindre à son équipe de Pointe-Claire.

Responsabilités
  • Analyser les commandes selon les exigences des clients et les capacités de production
  • Effectuer la saisie et la mise à jour des commandes dans le système
  • Préparer et acheminer les demandes de création ou de modification au département graphique
  • Vérifier les fichiers complétés avant leur envoi au client pour approbation
  • Préparer les bons de travail destinés à la production
  • Coordonner les commandes spéciales et les demandes d'importation avec le département des achats
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de production, graphisme et gestion de comptes
  • Effectuer les modifications, corrections et mises à jour nécessaires aux commandes
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux afin de respecter les demandes des clients et les échéanciers de production
  • Offrir un service à la clientèle professionnel tout au long du processus

Profil recherché

Our client, a well-established company specializing in promotional products, souvenir items, and retail merchandise, is currently looking for a Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist to join their team in Pointe-Claire.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer orders based on customer requirements and production capabilities
  • Enter and update order information accurately within the system
  • Prepare and submit artwork creation or modification requests to the Graphic Design Department
  • Review completed files and send them to customers for approval
  • Prepare production work orders
  • Coordinate special orders and import requests with the Purchasing Department
  • Collaborate closely with the Production, Graphic Design, and Account Management teams
  • Process order changes, corrections, and updates as required
  • Follow up on orders to ensure customer requirements and production deadlines are met
  • Provide professional customer service throughout the entire order process
