Corteva Agriscience has an opportunity for a Graphic Designer based at our Global Headquarters in Indianapolis, IN.
What You'll Do:
  • Design and produce compelling visual assets across a wide range of print and digital marketing materials, including integrated campaigns, brochures, booklets, newsletters, posters, flyers, trade show exhibits, presentations, illustrations, maps, icons, and logos.
  • Collaborate with members of the creative services team to share best practices, leverage creative ideas and assets across business units, and support cross-functional communication initiatives.
  • Serve as a brand steward for Corteva Agriscience, ensuring all creative assets align with established brand standards, visual identity guidelines, and legal requirements.
  • Develop innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts that support marketing objectives and strengthen brand engagement.
  • Participate actively in creative team meetings, contributing ideas, identifying challenges, and proposing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Communications Specialists, and Events and Trade Show teams, to execute marketing initiatives and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design to continuously elevate creative execution.

What Skills You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of three years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related applications.
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro, is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in photo retouching, image manipulation, and compositing techniques.
  • Experience with animation, illustration, and storyboard development is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, manage, and maintain digital files and creative assets efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to follow projects through to successful completion.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
