Job Description Summary:
The Specialist (Package & Graphic Designer) supports the development and execution of brand, packaging, and digital design projects across all product lines. This role ensures that all visual outputs align with established brand guidelines while maintaining consistency and quality across consumer touchpoints. The Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams and contributes to both print and digital design initiatives, while supporting creative workflows and production processes.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing brand and packaging design files following established typography, color, and layout standards
  • Produce and organize visual assets (artwork, mock-ups, print-ready files) to meet project deadlines
  • Update and maintain brand guideline resources (templates, color palettes, fonts) as directed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-product development, marketing, and sales-by providing design materials and file coordination
  • Create and support brand websites and digital platforms by preparing, updating, and supervising visual assets in line with established brand guidelines

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience or strong design internship background
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and basic print production
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
