Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Graphic Designer position is an opportunity to bring the Rightway brand to life. This role will develop branded communications for internal teams, the members we serve, prospective clients, and existing clients. These communications will support our commercial and member marketing teams. The range of creative assets includes, but are not limited to: landing pages, sellsheets, presentations, emails, posters and social graphics.
The Sr Graphic Designer serves as a steward for the Rightway brand. For consideration for this role, we require a minimum of 8 years experience in a high-volume design environment. The right candidate will have a portfolio demonstrating how they extended existing brands into campaigns of clear, impactful, and engaging designed materials. The ability to execute and maintain existing standards is essential; so is the ability to ideate new ways to express the brand.
Excellent communication abilities are considered table stakes for this role. The right candidate will be skilled at working cross-functionally and building trust internally and with clients. The ability to thrive and possess flexibility in a fast-paced environment is essential. Success in this role requires coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating effectively with others.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Create assets for digital marketing, websites, email, social media, presentations, events, and print collateral.
  • Ensure designs are optimized for usability, accessibility, and performance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Serve as a brand expert and advocate across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain templates, guidelines, and design systems that enable scalable, on-brand execution.
  • Review externally produced assets and provide guidance to ensure brand consistency.
  • Extend and maintain visual design standards and practices across brand touch points.

WHO YOU ARE:
  • BFA degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Brings a strategic mindset to design, ensuring creative work supports broader business and marketing goals.
  • An eye for consistency and detail, combined with an understanding of branding, typography, color, use of imagery, and user experience.
  • Strong familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging design technologies.
  • Ability to work independently, drive multiple projects at a time, and iterate quickly.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with teammates and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience working within and evolving established brand systems.
  • Creative problem solving skills, excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Leverage expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Claude, and Microsoft Office to bring a wide range of creative concepts to life.

EXTRA CREDIT:
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Pardot and Iterable.
  • Motion design or video editing experience.
  • Experience working in healthcare, technology, or B2B environments.

COMPENSATION: $100,000 - $145,000 annually, in addition to bonus and equity
On-site requirement: M/T/Th
Compensation offered will be determined by geographic location, experience, and qualifications.
