WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Nike Global Football Footwear Expression Design team, working at the intersection of performance innovation and global sport culture. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners across Footwear Design, Color Design, Materials, Product Management, Merchandising, and Development to deliver industry-leading product expression. You will help drive holistic product storytelling through both graphic and color, working alongside designers and developers to bring concepts to life from early narrative creation through final production. This role may include mentoring designers and contributing to team culture and capability development.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Senior Color & Graphic Designer who combines creativity, craft, and strategic thinking to elevate the visual language of Global Football Footwear across both graphic execution and color expression. This designer brings a strong point of view on football culture, performance storytelling, and visual trends paired with the ability to translate insights into compelling, scalable graphic and color systems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Color Design, Product Design, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of design experience in product creation, with demonstrated expertise in graphic design and exposure to color design.
  • Portfolio required, demonstrating excellence in graphic design and color application on product; footwear experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Deep understanding of color theory, color application, palette development, and storytelling through color.
  • Proven excellence across core design disciplines, including typography, layout and composition, graphic systems, sketching, ideation, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to develop compelling concepts and translate them into impactful product experiences, including applying 2D graphic and color concepts to 3D product applications.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the development of innovative graphic concepts and color strategies for Global Football Footwear across performance product. From concepting and storytelling through to final production, you will create cohesive product expression that connects graphics, color, materiality, and athlete insight. A typical day may include building seasonal narratives, developing visual centers, exploring color palettes, reviewing prototypes, and partnering with cross-functional teams to bring product to life.

  • Create original, industry-leading graphic and color concepts for football footwear collections.
  • Build scalable systems that integrate graphics and color across multiple models and price points.
  • Develop color palettes, blocking strategies, and visual direction aligned to seasonal narratives and performance insights.
