🕒 Part-Time Internship | 20–30 hours/week | Paid- Duration 3-6 months

About SynergenX

SynergenX is a rapidly growing, patient-first healthcare organization specializing in hormone therapy, weight management, and wellness services. With clinics nationwide and continued expansion, our marketing and creative team plays a critical role in shaping how patients experience our brand.

We are not a slow-moving corporate environment—we are fast-paced, execution-driven, and focused on delivering a “White Glove” patient experience through every touchpoint.

About the Role

We are seeking a Graphic Design Intern who is eager to gain real-world, hands-on experience supporting a high-performing marketing team. This is not a “shadow and observe” internship—you will be actively designing assets used across digital, social, and in-clinic environments that will be owned by the company.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong foundational design skills, a portfolio of work, and is ready to apply their creativity in a professional setting.

What You’ll Do
  • Design digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, in-clinic materials)
  • Support brand consistency across all visual outputs
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams on campaigns
  • Edit and resize creative assets for multiple platforms and formats
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
  • Assist with light video/visual content (bonus, not required)

What We’re Looking For
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
  • Portfolio required (academic or professional work)
  • Proficiency in:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Basic understanding of:
    • Social media design trends
    • Layout, typography, and branding principles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment

Preferred (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools
  • Basic video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)
  • Interest in healthcare, wellness, or direct-to-consumer marketing
