The Creative Graphic Designer will support the Creative Services function by developing marketing and communication design assets, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards, and providing assistance with daily creative production requirements. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and executing impactful visual assets for both print and digital platforms to enhance brand identity and increase audience engagement. The Creative Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing teams to deliver high-quality materials-including social media graphics, websites, brochures, and branding-ensuring consistent and compelling visual communication from concept through completion.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design Execution: Create design and produce original visual content for digital, print, email graphics, marketing inserts and collateral, and interactive media, including websites, advertisements, and social media. Develop internal and external communication graphics and visual materials.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial brainstorming to final production, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Creative Strategy: Develop innovative ideas and concepts tailored to specific target audiences and marketing goals.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all materials align with company brand guidelines and visual standards. Maintain visual consistency with established brand guidelines. Adapt and update existing creative templates to support ongoing campaigns and brand evolution.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, web, and communications teams to develop, produce, and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Asset Management: Manage project files, including layout, typography, and imagery, ensuring high-quality, final deliverables. Prepare production-ready design files for print and digital distribution. Support the creative request workflow and assist with project deadlines.
  • Liaising with internal clients: Meet to determine project scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Research Trends: Stay current with evolving design trends, software updates, and emerging technologies like AI-assisted design.
