Fellows typically work on real projects, collaborating with teams to create visual content for branding, marketing, or digital platforms. These positions can last anywhere from a few months to a year and may lead to full-time employment or help build a strong portfolio.

During a Graphic Design Fellowship, you can expect to work on a wide variety of projects such as branding materials, social media graphics, presentation decks, and marketing collateral under the guidance of senior designers. Fellows often participate in brainstorming sessions, receive constructive feedback, and collaborate across departments like marketing or communications. The role typically includes both independent tasks and teamwork, giving you exposure to the full creative process from concept development to final delivery. This hands-on experience helps you build a robust portfolio, develop new skills, and gain a clearer understanding of real-world design workflows.
