Summary:

To support the Marketing Department with design projects and graphic projects along with communicating with suppliers, publications, and photographers


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Art Director, Senior Graphic Designer, and Graphic Design Associate with projects headed by Marketing Department
  • Conceptualize and design artwork for marketing materials, advertising, brand packaging, trade shows, digital platforms, and internal company support
  • Coordinate and prepare projects for use with outside publications and vendors.
  • Brainstorming concepts for marketing and advertising
  • Admin basics, daily desk work tasks to support design projects.
  • Interface with multiple departments
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Job duties are subject to change as directed by management
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 2 + years graphic design experience
  • Excellent computer skills in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator), Excel (data merge from excel to InDesign) and Word
  • Well organized and have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency-like environment.
  • Exceptional understanding of design, composition, layout, color, and typography
  • Experience with multiple printing platforms and techniques
  • Web experience a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to handle stress in a high-volume office.
  • Team player
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Plans and organizes work for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Communicates with courtesy and professionalism.
