Job description

We are seeking a creative and experienced Part-time Graphic Design Associate to join our team at our headquarters in Jessup, PA (Scranton). This role is perfect for a talented designer who thrives on creativity and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our marketing team to create visually compelling designs for customer logo mats, shirt emblems, company events, and marketing materials. They will also support our social media presence through engaging posts and videos. Tentative schedule: M-F 9-2pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design customer logo mats, shirt emblems, and other branding materials.
  • Develop posters, flyers, and other promotional content for company events.
  • Create visually appealing customer-facing marketing materials to support the sales team.
  • Design and produce social media posts and videos to enhance our brand's online presence.
  • Utilize the Adobe software suite to bring concepts to life in both print and digital formats.
  • Incorporate generative AI tools to enhance and expedite the design process.
  • Gather project requirements, brainstorm design ideas, and present concepts to stakeholders.
  • Adjust designs based on feedback and refine them to meet project objectives.
  • Stay current with design trends and technologies to continuously improve and innovate.
  • Perform other design-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in both print and digital media.
