WRA is looking for an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented Lead Graphic Designer to support our architecture and engineering teams in our Baltimore office. The successful candidate will combine a strong sense of layout, color, and typography with excellent freehand graphic skills and experience communicating architectural and engineering ideas through clear, compelling visuals. Experience within an architecture or multidisciplinary design firm is highly preferred. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, planners, and marketing staff to develop high-quality graphic deliverables. Communicate design intent through the visual development of site plans, floor plans, elevations, diagrams, and conceptual graphics. Produce marketing and proposal materials, reports, and presentations that align with WRA’s brand standards. Maintain graphic consistency across multiple project types, disciplines, and deliverables. Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related discipline. 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an architecture, engineering, or design-focused firm. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint. Experience with Premiere, After Effects, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and CADD software preferred. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills, including file management and version control. Team-oriented mindset with a positive, collaborative attitude. Flexibility to work overtime as needed to support project deadlines.
