• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs in various contexts, including crisis situations.
• Providing individualized and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Developing and implementing tailored service plans that align with clients' goals, addressing their unique challenges and aspirations.
• Advocating on behalf of clients to secure access to necessary resources, services, and support, thereby promoting their rights and amplifying their voices.
• Contributing to program development efforts, including evaluating current initiatives, reporting on outcomes, and applying for grants to secure funding.
• Collaborating with community partners, including non-profits and local government agencies, to enhance the impact and reach of our services.
• Engaging in community outreach efforts to educate the public on mental health issues and available resources.

This position primarily focuses on serving diverse individuals and families within the Westminster area who face various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and socioeconomic barriers. Our clients reflect a wide range of backgrounds, and your role will involve understanding and addressing the unique needs related to their specific circumstances.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.
• Proficiency in trauma-informed care and the application of social justice principles in practice.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong capacity for empathy and active listening.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

• Previous experience within a non-profit environment or a similar setting focused on community health and wellness.
• Familiarity with community resources and a network of social service providers.
• Experience in conducting workshops or community education programs is highly valued.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus. The comprehensive benefits package includes:
