Grants Finance Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of grant funding within an organization. They manage budgets, ensure compliance with grant requirements, monitor spending, and prepare financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Their role is essential in making sure that grant funds are used appropriately and that all financial documentation meets funder and regulatory standards.

What are the main challenges a grants finance manager faces when working with multiple grant-funded projects simultaneously?
