Per Diem CRNA Opportunity

Per diem CRNA opportunity at St. Joseph's Regional Health College Station Hospital. In College Station, TX, a lively and refreshing area where there is always something to do!

With physicians in many disciplines, including cardiology, neurology, and orthopedics, patients receive advanced care from professionals they can count on. St. Joseph Health College Station Hospital is a 167-bed facility that offers a Level III Trauma unit. Awards Accredited Chest Pain Center Certified Primary Stroke Center Joint Commission-accredited joint replacement program.

Case Assignments: Cardiovascular, neurological, orthopedic, pediatric and urology

Team Leadership: Jonathan Walker, CRNA and Aaron Ray, CRNA

Team Highlights:

  • Pre-anesthesia assessment
  • Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
  • Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
  • Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
  • Performance of clinical intervention as needed

Requirements:

  • Current license as a registered professional nurse
  • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
  • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
