Job Description

Revalize is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to expand our Configure One Cloud customer base. Configure One Cloud is a leading CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solution trusted by manufacturers to streamline complex product configuration and quoting processes. 

In this role, you will own customer relationships, driving renewals, expansions, and upselling opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor to help clients realize maximum value from their investment. Success requires consultative selling skills, the ability to identify growth opportunities, and leveraging AI-driven insights to enhance account strategy and customer engagement.

Compensation: This role offers a base salary of up to $95,000 and an uncapped commission structure, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $190,000 for achieving 100% of quota.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Target new Configure One Cloud customers working both self-sourced and marketing-qualified leads. Engage in discovery and qualification to deliver tailored business value presentations leveraging analytics and AI-powered insights to identify patterns, forecast needs, and uncover upsell potential. 

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to ensure strong adoption and measurable outcomes. 

  • Conduct product demonstrations (virtual and occasional on-site) and articulate Configure One Cloud's value to diverse stakeholders, including executives. 

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline discipline using CRM and AI-enhanced forecasting tools to improve accuracy and efficiency. 

  • Proactively mitigate churn risks by using data-driven and AI-informed strategies to monitor customer health and reinforce value realization. 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 

  • 3+ years of experience managing complex SaaS accounts, with success in renewal and expansion selling; CPQ or ERP-related solution experience preferred. 

  • Proven track record in driving customer growth strategies across engineering, operations, and IT departments. 

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders and executive decision-makers. 

  • Comfortable using AI-enabled sales platforms, analytics tools, and data insights to improve win rates, reduce churn, and optimize engagement strategy.
