A Brief Overview
The Radiesse Upstream Marketing Intern will play a key role in supporting upstream activities for RADIESSE and other early development projects. This position involves developing global materials, consolidating market research, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The intern will support Global Strategic Marketing in upstream activities for RADIESSE and other early development projects. This role includes supporting global brand strategy through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic project support. The intern will collaborate closely with downstream marketing, market intelligence, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that initiatives reflect brand identity, messaging, and market landscape trends. Responsibilities also include presentation development, ensuring clarity and accuracy across stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Market Intelligence & Competitor Tracking: Analyze and summarize trends in Regenerative Aesthetics to drive better external focus and competitor understanding.
    2. Insight Generation & Research Support: Synthesize market research outputs into clear insights and implications, collaborating closely with Market Intelligence team.
    3. Strategic Analysis: Build slides supporting product concept evaluation, portfolio strategy discussions, and competitive positioning.
    4. Campaign Launch Support: Assist in developing core marketing materials, messaging frameworks, and deliverables tracking.
    5. Cross-Functional Coordination Support: Help align input from multiple stakeholders into single outputs and assist with action items required.
    6. Project Management: Maintain timelines for key initiatives and track deliverables, assisting with development of presentations for a wide range of stakeholder groups.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, understandable content
  • Excels at both analytical and creative tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
Preferred:
  • Experience in brand development and management
  • Understanding of medium- to long-term strategic development
  • Background in developing messaging and collateral for patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs)

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Full-time availability (40 hours per week)

    • High level of professionalism, responsibility, and confidentiality
    • Genuine interest in marketing, strategy, or related fields
