Position Summary
We are seeking a Research Specialist to support a qualitative research study examining parental health concerns related to early female puberty and its social and mental health impacts. Responsibilities include participant recruitment and screening, coordinating focus groups, conducting virtual and in-person focus group interviews, administering study questionnaires through REDCap, maintaining study records, and assisting with data management. Spanish language proficiency is desirable. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to research aimed at improving understanding of psychosocial outcomes and healthcare decision-making in early female puberty.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Management Preferences
Familiarity with pediatric, adolescent, reproductive health, endocrinology, mental health, or family-centered research.
Experience with transcription review, qualitative coding, or thematic analysis. 
Experience with REDCap, Dedoose, NVivo, or similar research.
Experience recruiting and engaging participants for clinical, community-based, or behavioral research studies. 
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
