We are seeking aDisplay Assistant who is highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented who also thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in bringing visual experiences to life. This role supports the execution of in-store signage, display, packaging, decor, and special events across our store network.

About the Role

The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and brand consistency. This position plays an important role in ensuring our stores are visually compelling, fully supported, and aligned with promotional and seasonal campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate, distribute, and track signage, display materials, and promotional assets across store locations.
  • Order, inventory, and distribute packaging program supplies
  • Support the execution of event materials and supplies for Grand Openings, Bridal/Trunk Shows, Restyle Events, and other key initiatives.
  • Assist in sourcing, coordinating, and developing elevated decor and visual presentation packages aligned with seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure projects are executed accurately and delivered on time
  • Partner closely with Marketing to align in-store visuals with promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to maintain project timelines and execution standards.
  • Identify potential gaps or challenges early and provide timely solutions
  • Assist with post-event reporting, recaps, and continuous process improvements
  • Support new store openings, relocations, remodels, and closings as needed

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
