Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - Multiple Rehabilitation Settings - Multiple Illinois Locations
This position is reserved exclusively for licensed Physical Therapists (PTs). If you are not a PT, please do not apply.
Relient Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across Illinois. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement PT positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).
Our openings include positions in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.
Current PT openings available in:
Glen Carbon, Long Grove, McHenry, and additional Illinois markets.

Licensed Illinois Physical Therapists
PTs relocating to Illinois
New graduates from accredited DPT programs pursuing Illinois licensure
PTs seeking experience in SNF, hospital/acute care, IRF, outpatient, home health, or mixed-setting rehab roles
This role is specific to licensed Physical Therapists working within a rehabilitation department.
This is not a CNA, nursing assistant, medical assistant, or therapy aide position.

Clinical Responsibilities

Document care in EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards

Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program
Active Illinois PT license, or eligibility/pending licensure
Ability to work full-time in one of the listed Illinois markets
Authorized to work in the United States
