These programs can lead to master's, doctoral, or professional degrees and are designed to deepen knowledge and skills in a specific field. Graduate programs often involve a combination of coursework, research, and practical experience. They prepare students for specialized careers or academic positions and can range from one to several years in duration.

What types of projects or assignments can participants expect during a graduate program?

Graduate Program participants typically rotate through multiple departments or teams, working on a variety of projects that align with both business needs and their personal development goals.
