Job description

LC State invites applications for the position of Data Coordinator, either based in Lewiston or Coeur d'Alene.
Salary and rank based on experience and qualifications: $50,000 - $53,000
Degree Required: Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to organize resources, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain accurate data entry
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university
  • Experience working at a higher education institution
  • Experience evaluating transcripts for course equivalencies
  • Experience with Colleague Student Information System
  • Experience with CourseLeaf CAT/CIM

Responsibilities:
  • Assist faculty/staff/students in a broad range of services in the Warrior OneStop
  • Process a variety of office forms such as add/drop, withdrawals, PIFs, escrow credits, ISI grade cards, competency credits, portfolio credits, and build hard copy transcripts
  • Evaluate domestic and international transcripts through DegreeSight for calculations, course equivalencies, and enter data into Colleague
  • Assist with end of term processes such as calculating and entering graduation honors, academic standing, and course disenrollments.
  • Assist in overseeing articulation agreements and staying current with SBOE and LC State transfer policies
  • Ensure LC Express documents remain current and accurate for all LC State pathway offerings
  • Create and edit the general and graduate catalog pages
  • Run SQL Queries and Power BI reports for data accuracy
  • Other duties as assigned

Additional duties include direct and indirect activities to support recruitment and retention of students.
