We’re seeking a driven, high‑potential healthcare professional to join our Administrator‑in‑Training (AIT) program — a structured, hands‑on pathway that prepares you to become a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA). Under the guidance of an experienced Preceptor, you’ll learn every aspect of skilled nursing facility operations and graduate ready to lead your own building.

This is more than a training program — it’s a launchpad for long‑term leadership within our organization.
