Monday through Friday, 2nd shift (approx. 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM), rotating every 3rd weekend.
Pay Range
$24.10 - $36.15
Position Highlights:
  • Full-Time, 2nd shift, Mon-Fri, (approx. 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM), rotating every 3rd weekend.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • Associate's degree with experience preferred.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION:
  • MLT (ASCP) or equivalent certification required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of patient laboratory test results.
  • Ensures quality of test results by following defined Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) procedures.
  • Ensures safety and compliance.
  • Maintains appropriate education to accomplish work objectives and maintain current certifications as applicable.
  • Ensures productive and efficient operations of the section and department.
  • Adheres to the general hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment by utilizing communication skills, interpersonal relationships and team building.
