Ceva North America is seeking a motivated and collaborative colleague for our Graduate Program to support marketing initiatives across the portfolio. This role is designed for an early-career marketing professional who is eager to develop hands-on experience in brand management, digital marketing, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within an international environment.
The Marketing Associate will work closely with a Senior Brand Manager and cross-functional teams to support the execution of marketing plans, development of digital content, market analysis, forecasting activities, and operational coordination. This position requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about developing marketing expertise while contributing to business growth and customer engagement initiatives.
Support Marketing Execution
Assist in the execution of approved marketing initiatives and brand plans.
Support day-to-day coordination of marketing projects and operational activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects and deliverables.
Portfolio & Product Support
Assist in the development and launch preparation of new products in collaboration with regional and global teams.
Help support forecasting activities by coordinating information related to marketing initiatives and demand planning.
Content Creation & CRM
Assist in the development of content including email campaigns, website updates, and promotional materials.
Support CRM activities through the creation and coordination of customer email communications.
Facilitate marketing, legal, and regulatory review processes for all promotional and communication materials to ensure timely approvals and compliance with company requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of marketing materials.
Support the management of content timelines, revisions, and approvals across cross-functional teams.
Market & Business Analysis
Assist with collecting, organizing and analyzing market data and insights to support marketing decisions.
Assist with reporting, tracking KPIs, and evaluating marketing campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Maintain effective communication with internal teams, agencies, and external vendors.
Coordinate cross-functional review processes and support timely completion of project deliverables.
Assist with preparation of presentations, sales meeting materials, and marketing updates.

Yourprofile :
Education level / Academic background
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 - 2 years of hands-on marketing experience with veterinary / animal health experience is a plus.
Strong project management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Highly adaptable, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
