Sr. Director, Commercial Services Product Group Manager
Description -
Job Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing extensive and intricate IT management operations and directing the infrastructure design, acquisition, implementation, operation, and maintenance. The role optimizes application and process capabilities for multiple business and IT constituents and establishes comprehensive functional business plans. The role leads process enhancement, manages stakeholder interactions, and ensures strategic alignment across the organization. The role also takes charge of team leadership, risk mitigation, and the implementation of corporate strategies, while contributing to talent management and development.
Responsibilities
• Directs the IT management for a large, complex enterprise, or oversees a pivotal sub-function for one of the organization's most extensive and complex businesses.
• Orchestrates the planning, design, execution, communication, and delivery of the organization's IT management undertakings within the stipulated sphere.
• Directs the infrastructure design, acquisition, implementation, operation, and maintenance, along with client services support.
• Establishes comprehensive functional business plans and sets technical project/program objectives, while also ensuring that services/solutions align with business and IT objectives in design, development, delivery, and supportability.
• Articulates and optimizes application and process capabilities for multiple business and IT constituents while also driving architectural standards.
• Leads process improvement and policy development projects, oversees operational success, aligns strategies, integrates activities with major organizational functions, and owns numerous measurable goals.
• Manages interactions with esteemed business leaders to address complex IT management issues, represents the organization to both internal and external stakeholders, encompassing all facets of function-specific affairs.
• Takes the helm in launching organization-wide programs and products, ensuring alignment of IT strategies and initiatives within the designated domain with overarching corporate and business-level strategies.
• Serves as a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business, while also developing organizational policies and authorizing their implementation.
• Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.
Education & Experience Recommended
