How much do graduate internship jobs pay per hour?
What is the difference between Graduate Internship vs Entry-Level Position?
| Aspect | Graduate Internship | Entry-Level Position |
|---|---|---|
| Credentials | Typically recent graduates or students; may not require formal certifications | Requires a degree; may require specific certifications depending on the role |
| Work Environment | Training-focused, mentorship-driven, often temporary | Full-time, permanent or temporary, more independent responsibilities |
| Employer Usage | Used to train and evaluate potential future employees | Hired to perform specific job functions with less training |
In summary, a Graduate Internship is a temporary, training-oriented role aimed at gaining experience, while an Entry-Level Position is a more permanent role where the employee performs specific job duties with greater independence.
