Job description

Predominant Tasks

  1. Assist the Speech and Language program in evaluating and implementing plans of care for the assigned clients of the Speech Department.
  2. Collaborate with supervising speech pathologist in scoring and writing evaluation, progress notes and daily notes and assist in sending out, evaluation reports and progress notes as directed.
  3. Observe additional providers in Speech, Hearing, and Psychology and Counseling Departments.
  4. Participate in a weekly case review with a Clarity Licensed Speech Pathologist.
  5. Assist in scanning and organizing the paper records of Clarity's Speech Department to create electronic records of the documents.
  6. Provide operational support as requested by Director of Operations, Executive Director, or Director of Development.
  7. Attend departmental and agency staff meetings as requested.
  8. Comply with Clarity's HIPAA privacy and security policies.

Supervised by the Supervising Speech Language Pathologist and Director of Speech Services.
