Job description

Job Summary The Department of Athletics at Kutztown University invites applications for the position of full-time Assistant Track & Field Coach. Kutztown University is an NCAA Division II member which competes in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC). The Assistant Coach is responsible for administering and/or assisting with the administration of all areas related to the success of a track and field program within the Division II intercollegiate program with specific responsibilities, but not limited to, sprints, hurdles, jumps and multi events.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum of three years coaching experience at the collegiate or high school level Experience recruiting quality student-athletes Preferred Qualifications Coaching experience at the NCAA collegiate level. Coaching and recruiting experience at the NCAA DII level and/or in the PSAC. Supplemental Information Applications & resumes will be accepted until the position is filled, however; to ensure full consideration, application materials should be received no later than the end of day on July 12, 2026.

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Screening of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. This position may be eligible for a flexible hybrid work arrangement, permitting a combination of on-site and remote work, subject to applicable organizational policies, operational requirements, and supervisory approval.
