Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Flexible for the right candidate

Job Summary:

The Office Assistant will provide day-to-day office support, ensure accurate recordkeeping, and assist the owner with a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner

  • Greet and assist visitors and employees as needed

  • Maintain accurate filing systems for documents, sales tickets, and POS entries

  • Assist with data entry, invoicing, and account statements

  • Handle cash box counting and reconcile records for accuracy

  • Support management with special projects and company initiatives

  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence and reports

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace

  • Provide general administrative support to team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

  • Experience in Business Works is a plus, but not required

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

  • Excellent attention to detail and accountability in all work performed

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
