A graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach implements, monitors, and conducts the strength and conditioning programs for student athletes. Your responsibilities in this position are to implement and write the strength and conditioning programs that the Director of Sports Performance assigns, assist with practice, train the athletes, and assist with monitoring and scheduling teams in practice and training facilities. Other duties include implementing and drafting flexibility and physical development programs and assisting with rehabilitation for athletes who experience a sports-related injury. Everything that you do must follow all of the conference, university, and NCAA regulations and rules.
