The Analyst Program for experienced candidates begins on Monday, August 10, 2026 and is 1-2 years in duration, through which you will develop the necessary skills to succeed as a commercial real estate professional. As an Analyst, you will gain valuable skills from assisting experienced transaction professionals in the underwriting of asset sales and debt placement across all property types. You will have the opportunity to participate in client interactions, which will provide exposure to the most relevant transactions in the commercial real estate finance industry. Analysts receive on-the-job training, mentorship, and feedback throughout their tenure.


Essential Functions


  • Work closely with senior team members, with a main focus on financial analysis
  • Conduct financial underwriting, due diligence review and transaction execution
  • Perform comprehensive and in-depth company, real estate, and market analysis
  • Participate in the creation of pitches, offering memorandums, and marketing materials
  • Develop investment theses based on extensive market knowledge, research, and analytics


Education and Qualications


To be considered, you must have obtained a bachelor's degree or graduate degree and relevant full-time real estate finance professional experience. Candidates must be able to work in the United States on a permanent basis.


  • Demonstrated combination of academic aptitude, quantitative skills, personal motivation, and distinguished written and oral communication skills
  • 2+ years of prior professional experience in real estate finance is required
  • Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for business, real estate, finance, and accounting concentration
  • MBA or Master's degree with previous work experience is preferred


Experience, Skills and Competencies


  • Dedication to building a career in the financial services industry with a focus on real estate finance
  • Strong financial analysis and Excel modeling skills
  • Experience in ARGUS Enterprise is preferred but not required
  • Proficient in performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of deals using financial modeling techniques and a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently produce high quality work under tight time frames
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to conclusion within agreed upon deadlines
  • Strong market research experience and interest contributing to strategic planning and idea generation, as well as assisting in the execution of strategic advisory services
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results
