Dynamic Landscape is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Crew Leader to lead crews on residential and commercial landscape installation projects throughout Coastal Georgia. If you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoys developing others, and thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and supervise a landscape construction crew on daily projects.
  • Install trees, shrubs, plants, irrigation, drainage systems, pavers, retaining walls, and other landscape features.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
  • Coordinate jobsite activities, materials, equipment, and project timelines.
  • Train and mentor crew members while promoting a positive team environment.
  • Communicate with management and customers to ensure successful project completion.
  • Qualifications
  • Previous experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, irrigation, grading, or related construction work.
  • Crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to safely operate landscape construction equipment and power tools.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
