  • Drive continuous improvement (CPI mindset) to increase throughput, efficiency, and quality; define and standardize processes that scale while reducing variability

  • Build a highownership culture that values urgency, workplace pride, and operational discipline-from how the workspace looks to how it functions

  • Develop leaders and teams in partnership with the People team, enhancing skills and engagement while aligning to an integrated business strategy

  • Manage site risk across safety, security, and insurance considerations through crossfunctional collaboration and governance

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to implement new and improved tech solutions that unlock measurable operational gains

  • Cascade functional strategy and ensure operational effectiveness, making final decisions on implementation and managing actions that impact multidepartment budgets

  • Lead through subordinate managers across multiple integrated departments, setting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results at the functional level

  • Communicate across senior stakeholders, reconciling multiple views to drive business results and ensuring schedules and budgets meet functional requirements

  • Lead by example and be a champion of all company policies, including safety, attendance & security
