> We are seeking a reliable Equipment Operator with experience operating skid steers and dozers, including basic to intermediate grading experience. This position requires someone who is comfortable performing site preparation, grading, and earthmoving tasks, not just loading and material handling. The ideal candidate will have experience reading grade stakes, maintaining proper elevations, and operating equipment safely and efficiently while working alongside a construction crew.> > Pay starts at $18.00/HR. and increases based on experience. Candidates with stronger equipment operating and grading experience will be considered for higher starting pay.
