At Hidden Springs of McKinney, we are looking for a compassionate full- time, overnight Caregiver to join our assisted living family! Our residents need care around the clock, so this role features a dynamic, rotating mix of day and evening shifts rather than a fixed weekly routine.

We truly care about our caregiving team and know you have a life outside of work. While the days of the week vary, we can work with you to protect your personal time.  With advanced notice, we will try to work around your planned days off, doctor appointments, or family events so you can recharge and bring your best self to our residents!

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

On your shift, you will make regular rounds as well as respond to resident pendants for assistance with toileting and other needs. In addition to hands-on personal care, you will perform other duties such as needed.
