Delivery Driver
Thomasville, GA l $9.00 / Hour
We are hiring a Delivery Driver for a well-known and locally owned coffee shop. This position is responsible for expediently delivering food and beverage products to customers with a high degree of customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking, initiative, energy, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to communicate clearly and work well with others.
Responsibilities
  • Engage enthusiastically and eagerly with a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of breakfast/lunch food menu options and Grab ‘N’ Go Program
  • Broad knowledge of traditional coffees and the company signature espresso, coffee, tea, smoothie, and holiday drink offerings
  • Accurately, swiftly, and safely deliver food and beverages to delivery customers
  • Use Square POS system to monitor delivery orders, communicate with customers, and complete order once delivered
  • Prioritize the customer experience with self-awareness and attentiveness
  • Complete end of shift checklists thoroughly, ensuring a clean and organized delivery equipment
  • Maintain clean and organized company vehicle
  • Communicate any issues, discrepancies, problems with management/supervisors during shifts
  • Aid and perform additional duties as assigned by management/supervisors
  • Participate in trainings, team meetings, huddles, all-team-clean days and specialist events when scheduled
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Previous coffee shop/restaurant or delivery driver experience preferred
  • Ability to read and use Square POS system
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean motor vehicle report (MVR)
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
