Job description

Do you want to be paid to learn and advance in your career? Then this new Clinical Medical Technician program is for you!


Through a partnership with Great Plains Technology Center, the hospital will train and employ candidates in a new program designed from the Medical Assistance program at Great Plains. Earn while you learn to become a Clinical Medical Technician.


Classes will be held on campus and students will receive pay while attending the classes. The program will be approximately 40 days in length and once complete, successful candidates will be eligible for hire in one of the LCHC or MMG clinics. The first class will begin June 22, 2026.

Classes will be held in-person on campus at GPTC and students will receive pay while attending classes!

If interested please submit your application for consideration. You must be available to attend classes Monday through Friday for the duration of the program. No time off will be granted during this program. Interviews will be scheduled starting May 1, 2026 and conclude on June 2, 2026. If you are selected you will go through the employee onboarding process and attend Memorial Health of Southwest Oklahoma's Hospital Orientation prior to the scheduled class start date. After successful completion of the program, graduates will then be placed into Clinical Medical Technician vacancies within CCMH's Memorial Medical Group and/or Lawton Community Health Centers.

The curriculum will consist of the following modules that must be successfully completed:

  1. Electronic Medical Records
  2. Medication Administration and Reconciliation
  3. Clinical Procedures in vital signs, phlebotomy, and infection control
  4. Clinical Field Training
