  • Excellent verbal, written, and inter-personal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple activities, tasks, and priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative team environment

  • Receive, disposition, and enter help desk requests (phone, email, ticket system, in person) into a ticket system.
  • Resolve basic issues and escalate issues to other help desk resources as necessary.
  • Deliver basic end-user training/guidance as needed.
