We are headquartered in the greater Salt Lake City, Utah area and we are a rapidly growing ERP software company. We are continuing to scale and have expanded significantly over the past few years. We have a very collaborative culture and continue to emphasize servant leadership.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead product strategy and execution for a fast-scaling SaaS company operating in the ERP and vertical software space. This remote leadership role is accountable for defining the product vision, driving ARR growth through market-aligned roadmaps, and scaling product and go-to-market processes. The CPO will partner with executive teams to prioritize customer value, reduce technical debt, and establish KPIs and metrics that measure product impact and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Set and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives, customer needs, and ARR growth targets.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing product organization, including hiring, mentoring, and developing product managers and cross-functional teams distributed globally.
  • Own the product roadmap and prioritization process to accelerate time-to-value, support scaling initiatives, and optimize monetization across ERP and vertical solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, customer success, finance, and marketing to ensure product-market fit and successful launches that drive ARR expansion.
  • Define and track KPIs and OKRs that measure product performance, adoption, retention, and revenue impact; report regularly to the executive team and board.
  • Manage technical roadmap trade-offs, prioritize reduction of tech debt, and balance short-term delivery with long-term architecture and platform investments.
  • Lead product due diligence and integration activities for M&A opportunities, including product fit assessments and go-forward consolidation plans.
  • Champion customer-centric discovery practices, leveraging qualitative and quantitative research to validate ideas and guide product decisions.
  • Establish scalable product processes and governance to support rapid growth and ensure consistent delivery across multiple product lines and vertical ERP implementations.
  • Represent the product organization externally with key customers, partners, and at industry events to gather market feedback and strengthen the companys market position.

Qualifications

  • Deep domain experience with ERP systems and demonstrated success building or scaling vertical ERP or enterprise software products.
  • Track record of driving ARR growth through product-led initiatives, pricing/packaging changes, or successful go-to-market partnerships.
  • Strong operational experience scaling product teams, processes, and metrics in a distributed/remote environment.
  • Hands-on experience owning technical roadmaps, managing technical debt, and making trade-offs between speed and architectural integrity.
  • Experience with M&A from a product perspective, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort defining and reporting KPIs that link product outcomes to revenue and customer success.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills, with proven ability to influence executives and boards.
