Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced OCI Integration Lead / Project Manager to lead complex technology implementation, integration, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, experience working with enterprise systems and healthcare technology platforms, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle. This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing stakeholders, driving project execution, and supporting innovative solutions involving cloud technologies, automation, and AI-enabled business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technology implementation, integration, and modernization projects from planning through deployment.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate business, technical, vendor, and executive teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support enterprise integrations, cloud initiatives, process automation, and digital transformation efforts.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements, manage dependencies, and resolve issues.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop project documentation, executive presentations, status reports, and implementation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance, security requirements, and organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience managing technology implementation, integration, or modernization projects.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
