Description
The Salesforce Developer will support a case management system using LWC framework and Flows, designing Lightning components, Visualforce pages, Apex classes, batch processes, and API integrations. This role includes code reviews for junior developers and contributions to continuous improvement across application design, code management, and release processes.
Examples of Duties
  • Collaborate with project teams to estimate, plan, and manage development and testing of new features
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into customized Salesforce solutions
  • Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with platform best practices; conduct peer code reviews
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs
  • Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from solution design to testing and deployment
  • Contribute to CI/CD processes and release management
  • Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and reliable delivery

Typical Skills and Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
  • Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript
  • Demonstrated experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with strong Salesforce development background
  • Salesforce Configuration & Automation - workflows and automation capabilities to optimize business processes
  • Data Management Excellence - expertise in data modeling, system architecture, migrations, and data quality
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, Agile methodology, and Service Cloud experience
