Job description

Position Overview Creek Technologies is seeking a Journeyman Project Management Support Specialist to support program management activities across multiple divisions and teams. In this role, you will assist program managers and government leads with scheduling, coordination, documentation, and program tracking activities that support the successful execution of mission-focused programs. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks while supporting program management operations. Key Responsibilities * Support Government Project Managers with the planning, execution, and oversight of multiple projects and program initiatives. * Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, action items, and project documentation. * Monitor project performance, identify risks, and assist with developing and tracking mitigation strategies. * Prepare executive briefings, reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other project documentation. * Coordinate project meetings, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), working groups, and stakeholder engagements. * Collaborate with Government personnel and cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives, schedules, and deliverables remain aligned. * Support business process improvement initiatives through workflow analysis, process documentation, and operational assessments. * Gather and document functional requirements to support system enhancements, business processes, and process automation. * Perform Salesforce data migration, validation, cleansing, and ongoing data maintenance activities. * Monitor and maintain enterprise data integrity by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving data quality issues. * Support the development and enhancement of Salesforce objects, workflows, dashboards, and reporting capabilities. * Analyze program and enterprise data to identify trends, improve reporting accuracy, and support operational decision-making. * Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation, business process guides, and user documentation. * Utilize Salesforce, Power BI, and other reporting tools to develop dashboards, performance metrics, and executive-level reporting. * Communicate technical concepts, project status, and analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Develop a working knowledge of Department of Defense acquisitions, contract management, financial management, organizational structures, and related business processes to effectively support customer objectives. * Perform other duties as assigned in support of customer mission requirements. Required Qualifications * Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting project management, program management, or business operations within a Federal Government or Department of Defense environment. * Experience coordinating multiple projects, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholders. * Experience supporting business process improvement initiatives and documenting operational workflows. * Experience working with Salesforce or other enterprise business systems. * Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Salesforce, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools. * Strong understanding of project management principles, scheduling, risk management, and project coordination. * Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project. * Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Government and contractor personnel. Education
