Job description

Job Summary:
FWG Solutions is a rapidly growing systems integrator and premier small business provider of technology services to government and commercial clients. The Program Analyst: Associate will help oversee and manage the operational aspects of projects, serving as a liaison between project management, project teams, and line management to support the U.S. Navy's Landing Craft, Air Cushion program.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
โ€ข Review status of projects and budgets
โ€ข Manage schedules and prepare status reports
โ€ข Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
โ€ข Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
โ€ข Responsible for: developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program; participating in and establishing and defining program plan requirements; monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met
โ€ข Track engineering project work in Jira, assisting with department budgets, producing power point briefings, and other typical analyst tasking, as assigned
โ€ข Analyze project data on a continuous basis to identify any potential business risk factors or technology gaps and gain insight into process improvements
โ€ข Create bi-weekly reports to update local command and program office sponsors
โ€ข Review and provide weekly budget analysis reports and resource allocation
โ€ข Support the Navy Program Manager by tracking government labor funding plans
โ€ข Provide logistical support by tracking and recording deliveries, stock levels, and part location
โ€ข Attend relevant leadership meetings to support tracking of project actions and deliverables
โ€ข Identify industry leading tools and methods to improve project business metrics and task execution
โ€ข Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mission focus across the team
โ€ข Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions, as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข High School Degree Required
โ€ข Bachelor's Degree Required (years of experience accepted in lieu of degree)
โ€ข Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance
โ€ข 1+ years of experience in a similar position
โ€ข Experience using TEMPR, ERP, JIRA, NEPS, Windchill or other related platforms
โ€ข Knowledge of the substantive programs within the division and branches
โ€ข Knowledge and experience in project planning, tracking and oversight
โ€ข Excellent written and verbal communication skills
โ€ข Ability to monitor and evaluate schedule and financial activities
โ€ข Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments as required
โ€ข Knowledge of correspondence and writing procedures and practices
โ€ข Ability to communicate (transmit and receive) tactfully to ensure accomplishment of functions
โ€ข Ability to hold yourself and others accountable on short-term and long-term goals
โ€ข Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
โ€ข High level problem-solving and communication skills
โ€ข Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
