Position Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract), you'll partner directly with our Talent Acquisition team, HR Teams, Hiring Managers, and candidates to support recruiting efforts such as scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel, and preboarding activities. You'll be part of a team committed to providing a best-in-class candidate experience. This role is cross-functional and you'll build relationships across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the scheduling of in-person and virtual interviews between business partners, hiring managers, and candidates

  • Manage candidate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements

  • Manage pre-employment tasks, including initiating background checks and drug tests

  • Maintain recruiting data in Workday

  • Provide updates to Talent Acquisition Partners and business partners

  • Handle confidential candidate information with discretion

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain necessary tracking, including OFCCP compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, four-year degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • One or more years of experience in a coordination role in fast-paced, high-volume setting, supporting HR or recruiting preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Workday

  • Possess a positive, service-oriented attitude, with excellent follow through on issues

  • Work well with teams, both in-person and virtually

  • Strong customer service skills and proven ability to provide a best-in-class candidate experience

  • Strong organizational skills

  • High level of attention to detail focusing on quality control

  • Comfortable managing multiple activities and time efficiently in a deadline driven, fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in written communications with candidates, hiring managers, and leaders
