Job Overview:

Pay Range $18hr - $23hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing shelves by grouping items by part numbers into bins.
  • Entering part number and other information into Master Inventory List.
  • Printing and tagging items/bins based upon information entered.
  • Annotating any discrepancies, unknown information, unknown mfg/vendor, etc. in Master Inventory List.
  • Communicating shortage of storage materials as needed.
  • Repeating until all parts are organized.
  • Waiting for maintenance technicians to group parts as appropriate.
  • Moving to location and counting data entry.
  • Starting with populated shelf and marking inventory location with labels containing appropriate identifiers or codes.
  • Moving bin by bin and entering location data into MIL for each barcoded part.
  • Logging count of inventory for each part.
  • Marking inventory location as being locked and controlled.
  • Contacting MVP Admin for data import.
  • Dusting shelves and bins.
  • Sweeping floors.
  • Breaking down boxes.
  • Performing general trash removal.

Nice to Have:

  • Working knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication both written and verbal.

Education and Experience:

  • AA or higher with interest in Technical writing.
