Minimum Qualifications Summary Certification & Education * Must possess a current US Passport with ability to travel and work overseas
* Must be able to meet COMSEC briefing and Local Element management certification requirements available under the OPNAVINST 2201.4, DoD Instruction 8523.01 and Air Force Manual 17-1301
* Must possess a SECRET Security Clearance
Experience Required * Familiarity with Lessons Learned and After Action Reports (AARs) preferred
* Experience calculating budget projections utilizing fiscal information preferred
* Strong writing, analytical, and reading skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate
* Ten years' military experience Job Objective Under a five-year contract, the Security Cooperation (SC) Analyst will support the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands. The scope of the requirement includes professional services for MARCENT located aboard MacDill Air Force Base (AFB), Florida, which serves as a Component Command to U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM).  Specifically, the Security Cooperation (SC) Analyst will support the Plans and Policy Directorate (G-5) within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS). The  G-5 assists and advises the COMUSMARCENT in joint-level and service-level planning, deliberate planning, crisis action planning, force deployment planning, Information Operations (IO), Special Technical Operations (STO)/Special Access Programs (SAP), command strategy and policy generation, doctrine review and analysis, Naval, command relationships, componency, security cooperation, CENTCOM exercises, Key Leader Engagement (KLE), operational assessments, and requirements development, validation, and prioritization. Responsibilities * Provide Security Cooperation (SC) analysis services
* Utilize the Security Cooperation information systems and databases to support COMUSMARCENT travel by organizing, collating and constructing trip book materials
* Provide support to SC planning through the management of Combatant Command and Service level tasks.
* Perform data entry for SC events into SC information management systems and generate customized reports on regional and sub-regional SC activity
* Coordinate and manage the SC Lessons Learned Program utilizing SC information management systems to store and categorize SC After Action Reports (AARs)
* Construct country budget projections utilizing fiscal information, such as Department of Defense Per Diem rates, travel and lodging costs
* Serve as liaison between CENTCOM TSC and MARCENT SC
* Generate Concept & Funding Requests (CFR), Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) requests, and SC information management systems entries
* Manage the SC Lessons Learned Program, produce Quad Charts/products for weekly SVTCs, and provide general administrative support
Security Clearance *    Must possess a Secret security clearance Education & Certification * Must possess a current US Passport with ability to travel and work overseas

* Travel: Contractor personnel must support the projected travel in support of government requirements to MARCENT AOR and supporting locations, which includes but not limited to the following countries: Bahrain, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, Israel, Afghanistan, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Djibouti, Cyprus, Turkey, Italy, and Greece. The ideal candidate will be available for travel on less than 24 hours-notice to support personnel recovery and training for forward deployed forces. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to execute OCONUS travel throughout the Central Command (CENTCOM) AOR.
