Marketing/Digital Data Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Marketing/Digital Data Analyst with at least 3+ years of experience in data analysis or performance measurement, specifically focused on evaluating digital campaign metrics, to support a federal government contract. The ideal candidate must be a U.S. citizen, able to pass a background check for security clearance, and available to work on-site in Washington, DC.
 
In this role you will collect, process, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support strategic decision-making, campaign optimization, and performance reporting. You will also translate complex datasets into actionable insights through dashboards, visualizations, and analytic briefs that inform program effectiveness and stakeholder reporting.
  
Job Duties / Responsibilities: 
  • Analyze campaign performance across digital, social, web, email, and media channels.
  • Conduct audience segmentation, trend analysis, and forecasting to guide targeting strategies.
  • Collect, clean, validate, and manage datasets from multiple sources (CRM, web analytics, paid media platforms, surveys, social listening tools).
  • Develop dashboards and recurring performance reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Support KPI development aligned with program objectives and contract requirements.
  • Provide insights for optimization of outreach, recruitment, or public education campaigns.
  • Ensure data integrity, documentation, and compliance with privacy/security requirements.
  • Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Typical deliverables include performance dashboards, KPI tracking matrices, audience insight reports, optimization recommendations, and quarterly and annual analytics summaries.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, economics, marketing analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience analyzing digital campaign metrics (Google Analytics, social platforms, paid media dashboards) is essential.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or performance measurement.
  • Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and at least one visualization platform (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Strong analytical reasoning and data storytelling skills are essential.
  • Experience supporting federal communications or outreach programs preferred.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, attribution modeling, and audience analytics a plus.
  • Knowledge of Python or R preferred.
  • Experience integrating multiple data environments (CRM + web + media platforms) will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills are a must.
  • This is a full-time, on-site position located at the client’s facility in Washington DC.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must pass background check for security clearance.
