Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our growing GovCon initiatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in sales, relationship management, and the federal contracting landscape.

You will work closely with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities, engage potential clients and partners, and contribute to strategic growth efforts.


Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify opportunities within the federal government market

  • Support lead generation efforts and conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients and partners

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and decision-makers

  • Assist with market research and competitive analysis in the GovCon space

  • Track and monitor federal opportunities across procurement platforms

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives

  • Help prepare presentations, capability statements, and proposal materials

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and interactions in CRM systems


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
