Our Line Cooks are responsible for providing the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests. The Line Cook is responsible for pastry menu recipe execution and proper plate presentation for immediate service to restaurant guests. The Line Cook ensures the correct preparation of all pre-established recipe in accordance with guest requests, portion control, temperaturecontrol andcompany time standards. They're also responsible for all aspects of their pastry station including set up, prep, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, break down and storage.
