About the Role
GoPro Interiors is seeking an organized, reliable, and detail-focused Junior Office Coordinator to support our front office and daily operations. This role is ideal for someone with some office or customer service experience (or strong aptitude) who enjoys structure, accuracy, and supporting a team with consistency and professionalism.
Construction experience is not required — we will train the right person. What matters most is dependability, organization, communication, and willingness to learn.
This position plays a key role in keeping our office, showroom, and internal operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Communication

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors professionally
  • Answer phones and manage incoming/outgoing emails
  • Communicate clearly and courteously in person, by phone, and via email
  • Serve as a dependable point of contact for internal and external inquiries
Office Organization & Support

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Keep office equipment, common areas, and showroom presentable
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain meeting notes, minutes, and internal memos
  • Keep the community office space organized and functional
Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Support calendars and basic scheduling needs
  • Assist with internal coordination between departments
  • Liaise with vendors and support basic coordination tasks
Administrative Tasks

  • Perform accurate data entry and database maintenance
  • Assist departments with administrative needs as assigned
  • Support general office operations and workflow consistency
Requirements

Required

  • High School diploma (AA Degree preferred)
  • 1–3 years of office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and email
