Job description


POSITION:                       

  • Technology Supervisor
     

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Educational Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible technology experience.
  • Experience managing networks, cybersecurity, cloud services, and technology infrastructure.
  • Experience in a K12 educational environment is preferred.
  • Experience with establishing computer networks and in basic computer repairs.
  • Experience in accessing information networks.
  • Windows Server Active Directory installation, configuration & administration required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot switches and wireless APs and network.
  • Google Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience administering Google Admin Console and managing Google Workspace environments is required.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and related collaboration tools.
  • CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications preferred but not required.
  • Experience with network administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, security controls, and industry best practices.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace platforms.
  • Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS) and educational technology applications.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Must have a successful drug test
  • Must have successful BCI and FBI background checks
  • Must be willing and able to carry out the duties of the job description
