Roles & Responsibilities
  • Administer Google Workspace users, groups, OUs, roles, and automate onboarding/offboarding.

  • Secure Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet, Chat, and Calendar using DLP, sharing controls, and security policies.

  • Implement SSO, SAML/OAuth integrations, 2-Step Verification, Context-Aware Access, and Zero Trust controls.

  • Manage endpoint administration and compliance across Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS devices.

  • Configure domains, DNS, mail routing, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, delegated access, and third-party app governance.

  • Administer Google Vault for retention, legal holds, and eDiscovery.

  • Monitor Security Center, alerts, and audit logs to investigate and remediate security incidents.

  • Develop automation and compliance reporting using Apps Script and Admin SDK.

  • Maintain documentation, support change management, and provide administrator/end-user training.
